Bred by John Burness' Colebrook Farms, the newborn is the second foal out of the Tomorrows Cat mare New York Barb.

Winner of the Queen's Plate, Niigon (Unbridled--Savethelastdance, by Nureyev) stands at Colebrook Farms Stallion Station near Uxbridge, Ontario.
