Star Programmer to Merrick Ranches

Star Programmer, a 14-year-old son of Storm Cat, will stand in 2008 at Joe Merrick's Merrick Ranches near Sayre, Okla. His fee is $1,000.

Star Programmer, who was group-placed in Japan, has sired nearly 50 winners, included stakes-placed Cathouse Saint, Prestons Star, and Slewpy's Star.

A half-brother to stakes winner Picnicin', Star Programmer is out of the winning Key to the Mint mare Bank Key.
