Tucci Stables’ My List made it three in a row at Woodbine May 11, as the 4-year-old filly roared down the stretch to capture the $163,100 Hendrie Stakes (gr. III) by 1 1/2 lengths.

A 6 1/2-furlong sprint for older females on the Polytrack, the Hendrie was contested by a field of nine. My List was next to last after a half-mile and sixth at the top of the stretch. But the dark bay filly came five-wide under Eurico Da Silva in the stretch drive and swept by all of her rivals. The final time was 1:15.73 on a fast track.

One Across was second by a length under Patrick Husbands, with Street Sounds holding on for show.

A daughter of Banker's Gold, My List was bred in Kentucky, but has made every one of her 21 lifetime starts at Woodbine. She entered the Hendrie off consecutive victories in the Nov. 25 Bessarabian and the April 20 Whimsical Stakes (gr. III), which was her season debut and first graded stakes triumph. As recently as last October, My List ran in claiming company.

Trainer Nick Gonzalez purchased My List for a bargain price of $1,200 at the 2005 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall yearling sale. She was bred by Kent Ochs, Margaux Farm, and Don Camiccia.

Under Justin Stein, Marina Ballerina controlled the early pace, breaking from post 11, and opened up a three-length advantage after a half-mile in :44.89. Dhanyata, One Across, and favorite Street Sounds were all on her heels, while My List began to get in gear around the turn.

My List showed the same explosive closing kick that she did while capturing the Whimsical, as she blew by the leaders in the stretch.

My List is out of the Batonnier mare Enduring Charm. She is now 6-5-5 from 21 starts and has earned more than $500,000.

The winner went off as the second choice, paying $7.10, $4.20, and $2.70. The exacta (5-1) with One Across was worth $6.70.
